WOULD YOU EAT THIS SPINACH AVOCADO CHICKEN BURGERS

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1/2 ripe avocado, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, avocado, garlic, and red onion.

Mix well, shape into 4 patties.

Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
