- Make the Dough:
• In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit 5–10 min until foamy.
• Stir in sugar, eggs, butter, and salt. Add flour gradually until a soft dough forms.
• Knead dough for 5–7 minutes by hand or mixer until smooth and elastic.
• Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled. - Prepare Filling:
• Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
• Roll out dough on a floured surface into a 16×12-inch rectangle.
• Spread softened butter over dough, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon-sugar mixture. - Roll and Cut:
• Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long edge.
• Slice into 12 even rolls and place into a greased 9×13-inch pan. - Second Rise & Bake:
• Cover and let rise 30 minutes until puffy.
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20–22 minutes until golden. - Make the Frosting:
• Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy.
