Ingredients
250 g strips of inside beef round steaks
1 carrot
1/2 bell pepper
1 onion
1 small zucchini
1 cup shelled edamame
125 g Yet-Ca-Mein Asian noodles
30 mL finely chopped garlic
30 mL finely chopped fresh ginger roots
Teriyaki sauce (for marinating and drizzling)
Cooking oil
Directions
- Start by marinating the beef strips in your favorite teriyaki sauce. Let them soak up that flavor while you get everything else ready.
- Cook the Yet-Ca-Mein noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until they’re fragrant and your kitchen smells amazing.
- Toss in the marinated beef strips, cooking until they’re browned and cooked through.
- While the beef cooks, chop the carrot, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook until the veggies start to soften but still have a bit of crunch.
- Add the edamame and your cooked noodles. Toss everything together thoroughly so all those tasty flavors are well mixed.
- Serve your noodles hot, and if you like, top with a little extra teriyaki sauce for that finishing touch. Enjoy!
