Cook the Ground Beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and mustard. Stir to combine and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stuff the Biscuits:

Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Spoon a tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each circle and top with a generous pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.

Seal the Bombs:

Carefully pull the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Garlic Parmesan Topping:

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of each bomb. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake:

Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. If desired, broil for the last minute to achieve an extra golden top.

Garnish and Serve:

Let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauceβ€”like ranch, ketchup, or burger sauce.
