Ingredients
For the Yogurt Base
500 g Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)
2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Tiramisu Layering
6 ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi), crushed or dipped in espresso
2 tbsp strong espresso or cold brew
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Optional: dark chocolate shavings, cacao nibs, or espresso powder to garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Yogurt Mixture 🥣
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the Base 🧊
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly to about 1 cm thick.
Create the Layers 🍪
Either sprinkle crushed ladyfingers on top, or dip whole biscuits briefly in espresso and press them lightly into the yogurt. Drizzle remaining espresso over the surface.
Dust & Decorate 🍫
Sift cocoa powder over the entire surface. Add dark chocolate shavings, cacao nibs, or extra espresso powder for flair and flavor.
Freeze Firm ❄️
Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully set. For best texture, freeze overnight.
Break & Serve 💥
Remove from freezer, break into rustic shards, and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
