For the Ribeye Steak:
1 ribeye steak (bone-in or boneless)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Butter
Fresh thyme or rosemary
For the Grilled Shrimp:
12–15 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
For the Stuffed Potato:
2 large baking potatoes
1/2 cup cooked broccoli
1/2 cup cooked shrimp
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp sour cream or butter
Salt, pepper
For the Asparagus:
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Steak: Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in a hot skillet with oil for 3–4 mins per side. Add butter and herbs, baste, and cook until desired doneness.
- Shrimp: Toss shrimp in oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for 2–3 mins per side. Finish with lemon juice.
- Stuffed Potato: Bake the potato at 400°F (200°C) for 45 mins. Slice open, fluff inside, and mix with sour cream, cheese, broccoli, and shrimp. Bake another 10 mins until melted.
- Asparagus: Toss in olive oil, season, and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 mins.
