1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Go ahead and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add your shrimp right into the bowl and toss everything together so those shrimp are nicely coated.
- Spread the shrimp out in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Be sure to pour any extra butter mixture from the bowl right over the shrimp.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque—the aroma will let you know they’re almost ready.
- Finish things off with a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
