Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
3 cups beef broth
8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or shells work great)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add butter and minced garlic to the pot with the beef. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
Stir in oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in beef broth and add pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2–3 more minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
