📝 Ingredients:
For Chicken Lollipops (12 pieces):
12 chicken wings (lollipop cut)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 egg
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
Oil (for deep frying)
For Serving:
Schezwan sauce or sweet chilli sauce
👩🍳 Method:
- Prep Chicken:
Clean the chicken lollipops and pat them dry.
In a bowl, marinate with ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Coat for Frying:
Add egg, cornflour, and maida to the marinated chicken.
Mix well to coat evenly.
- Crumb Coating:
Roll each lollipop in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Gently press to help breadcrumbs stick.
- Frying:
Heat oil on medium flame.
Deep fry lollipops in batches until golden and crispy (around 6-8 minutes).
Drain on paper towels.
- Serve Hot:
Serve with spicy ketchup, schezwan sauce, or garlic mayo.
