Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 cup orange marmalade
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in pineapple.
Pour into crust and drop spoonfuls of marmalade on top; swirl with a knife.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, then cool and chill for at least 4 hours.
