Steak & Shrimp Noodles


A 5 and savory combination of tender steak, juicy shrimp, and flavorful noodles, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil.
  3. Add the steak slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  5. Add the garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing well to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
