A 5 and savory combination of tender steak, juicy shrimp, and flavorful noodles, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil.
- Add the steak slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
- Add the garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing well to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
