- Ground beef
- Onion, chopped
- Green pepper, chopped
- Beef broth
- A-1 sauce
- Steak seasoning
- Provolone cheese, sliced

- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and no longer pink.
- Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet and sauté everything together until the vegetables are beautifully soft.
- Pour in the beef broth, add the A-1 sauce, and sprinkle in your steak seasoning. Stir well to combine all those flavors.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes so everything gets nice and savory.
- Spoon the hearty beef mixture onto your toasted buns and top each one with slices of provolone cheese. Serve right away while they’re warm and gooey.
